Emma Kenney

 

Emma Rose Kenney (born September 14 1999) is an American actress. She has appeared as Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless from 2011 to 2021 and Harris Conner-Healy in the 10th season of the sitcom for families Roseanne as well as its spin-off continuation The Conners.

 Kenney was born in New York City on September 14th, 1999. Gillian Kenney is a criminal defense lawyer. Kevin Kenney is a sports writer who wrote for the New York Post. Kenney is now employed by Fox Sports.
